They were discovered by people and reported to the shelter. Volunteers came to help the poor. Small, pitiful, puppies clung to each other forlornly. But the worst thing was the way the dogs looked.
If one of the “girls” was in a relatively normal condition, then the second was painful to look at. Her scabies progressed, and in such a way that it was difficult to understand what color the crumbs had. Due to the advanced stage, the baby could not even open one eye …
Apparently, for this reason, the owner left them on the street and got rid of responsibility for living beings. It had to be taken up by people who cannot pass by a sick animal …
Two dogs were brought to the shelter, where they began to treat. A very difficult stage was ahead in the life of the little ones, which included procedures, ointments, medicines … In addition, the poor puppies had to gain weight, because they turned out to be very emaciated, resembling bones covered with skin.
They decided to give the dogs very cute names – Thelma and Louise. Every day they made progress, and it was clear that the pets were on the mend. Thelma, who was suffering from a severe form of scabies, was finally able to open her eye and even wag her tail.
Five weeks later, the dogs were simply unrecognizable! They were cheerful, cheerful and played all the time. Thelma began to grow fur – instead of wounds on her bare skin, she had a beautiful light “fur coat”! And after another three weeks, the dogs were completely healthy. They grew up, gained weight and were full of strength and energy. The scabies disappeared as if it had never happened, and the volunteers couldn’t contain their joy!
The dogs are now ready to be adopted. I would like to sincerely wish that a caring owner appears in the life of each of them!
