Seven little puppies were tossed up to the doors of a public toilet. I learned about them from social networks, where a post appeared asking for help. The animals were still very small and could neither walk nor eat, so without human help they were doomed.
The photo of the puppies horrified me: all seven huddled close to each other on the narrow threshold of the toilet, located in the forest.
It was cold outside, and the kids were there for a long time. Later we learned that the puppies spent three days in the cold and without food, all this time people saw them, but did not feed or take them away, although they risked both freezing to death and falling into the cesspool near which they lived. The puppies could hardly stand on their feet, so they could not come to the forest on their own, it was clear that they had been thrown here.
I turned to my friends, who immediately went to the forest to look for the kids, even the fact that it was deep night outside did not stop them. Svetlana was the first to arrive at the place indicated in the post. As soon as they noticed the girl, the puppies immediately crawled towards her.
The girl fed the kids and carried them to the car to warm up. We had no idea where to take them next, all the overexposures were busy. For a while, Sveta placed the kids in her rented apartment. We promised to help her with food, since Svetlana is already taking care of a dozen homeless animals.
When we found the puppies, they were about two weeks old, so Svetlana had to suffer, feeding and nursing the babies, but she succeeded, we, as promised, helped with food. Now the kids live in the country house of the girl. They grew up, became similar to each other, love to walk and adore their temporary mother.
Other wards of Sveta are engaged in raising the kids, she has as many as 13 of them. Every time a girl comes to her house, the kids rush to meet her, because for them she has become a real mother.
