Superheroes exist not only on the pages of comics, they also exist in everyday life, moreover, they are not even always people, the Australian dog Bear deserves the title of hero, because thanks to his work, more than 100 koalas were saved from fire during forest fires. Bearu 6 years old, he is an Australian coolie. During the wildfire season, the dog helped rescuers. A sharp sense of smell allowed the dog to accurately find koalas in the forest, after which they fell into the hands of rescuers.

To become a sniffer dog, Bear completed a training course at the Sunshine Coast University in Australia. There are few dogs in the country that can find koalas by the smell of their wool, so Bear does not sit without work.

It’s hard to believe, but a dog that takes care of rare Australian animals used to need care himself.

Bear was an extremely active puppy, which did not please his owners, who simply did not know how to properly deal with his excessive energy. In the rescue team, the energy of the dog was able to be channeled in the right direction.

For his help last year, Bear received an international award, which was presented to him in London.
