Sometimes owners are not ready to take responsibility for their pets and as soon as problems arise with them, people decide to send them to live on the street. So did the previous owners of a puppy named Bean. And the little girl started having health problems, at some point her stomach was very swollen and then the owners did not take her to the vet, they just put the sick dog in a box and left it on the street.
There was no doubt that Bean was in the box for a reason, because her illness would have prevented her from climbing in on her own. What provoked the disease is unknown, but it is clear that instead of treatment, people preferred to get rid of the animal. Veterinarians have identified the cause of the bloated abdomen and swollen hind legs in the dog, caused by the accumulation of fluid.
A thorough examination did not answer the question of why Bean’s body accumulated fluid, but showed that this causes serious problems for the dog.
The situation did not allow for delay, so Bean was sent to the operating room almost immediately, removing excess fluid surgically.
Shortly after the operation, the dog began to recover, her paw edema subsided, and she was able to move normally again.
The dog spent only a few days in the clinic, after which she went to a new house, to a man who found her on the street and did not leave her in trouble.
