In social networks, they wrote to us about a cat that got stuck on a tree. The problem was that the animal was sitting at the level of the 5th floor, as it turned out, it had already spent four days on a branch. It was hot outside, the cat had no water or food all this time. The inhabitants of the house tried to lure the cat with valerian, offered him food, but the cat was afraid to go down. City services refused to help.
Unfortunately, the volunteers don’t know how to fly, and we don’t have special equipment to climb to such a height either. We really wanted to help, but didn’t know how.
We did not have the opportunity to rent a kitten, we could only advise to hire a tower to help the cat. It’s just that our people don’t like being given advice. In response to our message, we received only a flurry of criticism:
— Some tips, we thought you really want to help animals!
– And why did you create your group? No sense from her anyway!
– The kitten will die on this tree and it will be on your conscience.
Only Victoria, who told us about the cat, reacted like a real person of action, she immediately started calling ads offering aerial platforms for rent.
One of the teams went to meet the girl and arrived. The cat was removed, he did not linger fear, and, as soon as he was on the ground, he quickly ran away. The team that saved the cat took only half the amount agreed on the phone. We reimbursed all Victoria’s expenses by asking for help from people who help our group financially.
