Ruslan, one of my volunteer friends, recently sent me a photo. The picture shows a teenage puppy, in whose eyes longing is clearly visible.
— He’s cute, where is he from?
– She was with me for the second time, her name is Chita. I found her on the street when she was only a couple of months old, washed her, fattened her up and found a family for her. It was a couple of months ago, and now they returned it to me. I had to pick it up, you can’t leave it on the street.
– And why did such a cutie not please them?
– Slippers gnawed, like something else was trying. Well, her age is like that, 5 months, her teeth are changing, so she gnaws everything.
– A spoiled slipper, of course, is another reason to refuse an animal.
Chita is small, only about 3 kg, but in Ruslan’s apartment, which he also rents, she is already the tenth.
It’s hard for me to understand the motives of these people. Maybe the slippers that Chita ate were from Chanel, but even so, is the thing worth driving a family member out of the house? The dog clearly believed that she was part of that family and loved the owners, but they turned out to be more important and needed slippers.
Sometimes it happens that the owners cannot cope with the character or habits of the dog, but here we are talking about a baby, very smart, which was easy to wean from a bad habit, especially since very soon Chita will outgrow his desire to gnaw everything around.
Chita quickly got used to Ruslan and made friends with his other wards, only her look remained sad, she was offended that people so quickly forgot about her, although he sincerely loved them.
