From the photo posted on the social network, an unfortunate and defenseless puppy was looking at me. The animal was standing on the street, in a pile of snow. The dog was born on this street, he immediately saw how his relatives were gone, and now he himself was trying to survive here, although he had to fight for his every day.
From the photo there was a post and a phone number, which I immediately dialed. The story of Sema, that was the name of the dog, moved me to tears.
Sema’s mom was homeless, she lived next to a company whose employees treated dogs just awful. It was here that Semochka himself was born. My interlocutor told me about how the employees of the enterprise treat dogs and I became physically ill from what I heard.
– His mother was such a quiet, kind dog, it’s hard to even believe that she could interfere with someone. Seme is 4 years old, but he is helpless, he does not see anything, he has no teeth, his paws have an irregular structure. His mother helped him all the time. He always followed her, never lagged behind, so he just didn’t get under the wheels and hasn’t been lost so far. She always helped him cross the road, looking for a dry and safe place for him to sleep. He is now left alone and does not know what to do at all, he just walks in circles and looks for his mother.
I asked the woman to tell journalists what is happening with animals on the territory of the enterprise, but she refused, because she works there and is afraid of being left without work and money for life. I do not think that her position is correct, as long as she is silent, everything will go away as before, but I failed to convince the woman.
We took Sam. The kid was sitting in the snow near the road, listening to any sounds, as if he still hoped that his mother would return. Instead of mothers next to him was Anya, our Volunteer, who took him from the street.
Sema was agitated, because he did not understand what was happening and where he was being taken. The dog calmed down only in the clinic, when he warmed up a little and realized that none of the people around were planning to offend him. Sema is very happy with any attention and affection, which he did not know before. People only offended him, eventually taking away his mother from him – the closest living creature to him, the only one who took care of him all these years.
