In winter, a few years ago, Dahlia Gamez met a dog on the street, who was literally dying in front of her eyes. She could not leave him further on the street. Dahlia is a volunteer, she has dealt with homeless animals more than once.
She often saw the sick and weak, but this dog looked very bad: she could hardly move, and there were hundreds of tumors on her body.
The dog Dahlia named Bobby, she took it to the veterinarian, but he considered that the animal was waiting for a near death and no help would save him. The woman did not want to accept the conclusion of the doctor and decided to fight to the last for the life of the animal.
The treatment took a long time and required a lot of strength, but the woman managed to do the impossible – Bobby got better.
When Dahlia found the dog, he was so exhausted that no one around him believed that he would survive. Now Bobby has become a beautiful and energetic dog who knows that care and love sometimes mean much more than the assurances of a doctor.
