I don’t know what to do, how to help her. The dog cries all the time, whines. She is very tiny and thin, she will not live long on the street.
A friend also sent me a video that clearly showed a bald toy terrier sitting chained to a heavy chain and crying loudly, looking at the gray sky. The kid was clearly frozen, because the way his body was trembling was visible even on a not very clear video. There was no booth next to the dog in which he could hide, bowls of food and water were also not visible. There was nowhere for the baby to warm up, because next to him lay only some kind of rag covered with hoarfrost.
As it turned out, every day the dog received only a spoonful of Rolton and the same amount of pork fat. They took the toy terrier to the house for children, but when the offspring played enough, the parents decided to send the dog to live on the street.
We agreed with Katya that she would try to talk to the owners of the animal and pick it up if the owners need it no more.
As it turned out, the owners do not want to take care of the pet, but they do not intend to give it away either, because the children have not yet completely lost interest in it.
It was a pity to give away the dog, not because they loved it, simply, they paid for it and treated it as property, which in general is not necessary, but it’s a pity to give it to someone. Why it was necessary to keep the animal and torment it, if it was only a burden, we remained incomprehensible.
It’s hard to even imagine how little Sema survived on the street, and even on such meager food. For toy terriers, even the positive temperature is not always comfortable, their short fur does not warm them at all, and how the baby is still alive on the street in cold weather is a real mystery.
Katya and I decided to try to talk to Sema’s owners in a language that they understand – the language of money. The owners valued the puppy at 5 thousand rubles, as soon as they named the amount, we immediately agreed to pay and pick up the baby. It was worth seeing the joyful expression on Sema’s face when the chain was removed from him and he realized that he would no longer have to freeze and live from hand to mouth. Happiness in his eyes was worth all the money spent.
At first, Sema will live with Katya, but for now I will look for overexposure, but rather at home for him. In Katya’s house, the baby sat in a chair and was afraid to move for a long time, as if not believing his happiness, he could not believe for a long time that he would no longer have to freeze, and also that there was always food in his bowl.
