For Melina Marama Waite and her family, it was a completely ordinary morning, loaded with chores and spent in a hurry. When the girl left the house, the clock was half past seven. She took her youngest children to kindergarten, and then hurried with her nine-year-old daughter to school. And then it turned out that all this time there was someone else in the car!
When Melina was standing at the crossroads behind other cars, suddenly a small cat jumped onto the dashboard from nowhere. For the girl, it was a real shock, and she did not know what to do.
By the way, MURlyka also looked puzzled and confused!
When the car started off again, the intruder slipped, panicked and tried to grab the rear-view mirror with his paws. Then he slid down the dashboard, fell and disappeared somewhere in the back of the car, frightening everyone present.
When the girl recovered from the shock, she realized that she had seen Murlyka before – he wandered not far from her house. The pet must have jumped into the salon by accident while she was hurriedly putting the children in.
Melina and her daughter hurried home and tried to find a frightened animal hiding inside the car. Soon he was found under the back seat, but as soon as the girl tried to grab him, he jumped out of the car and immediately fled.
The girl thought about whether she would meet her pet again and regretted that she did not have time to help him. But the very next day the cat returned to the house where the family lived. However, this time everything happened a little less dramatic.
MURlyka had breakfast, eating with pleasure the treat offered to him. The next day he came again for food, and so it continued until Melina caught him and brought him home. She named him Dash.
One of these days, the girl plans to take the animal to the veterinarian to check the state of the cat’s health. Perhaps he has a microchip and will be able to find the former owners of MURlyka. If it turns out that the pet is homeless, Melina has already decided that she will leave him to live with her.
Anyway, the cat chose the right car to jump in!
