“I’m good?” – the puppy smiles, hearing the gentle voice of the person. But he still doesn’t have a home

Courtney Wingate was at the local zoo, where she noticed three adorable puppies in the kennel. As the director of an animal welfare organization in Louisiana, the girl knew that she could not leave the kids. And when one of the pets smiled at her with the most charming smile in the world, she was finally convinced of this.
Courtney contacted volunteer Sarah Walton, who immediately arrived to pick up the eight-week-old babies. The girl gave the puppies nicknames Joe and Burro.

An examination by a veterinarian showed that the pets are healthy. But one day, when the kids were already at the rescue station, Burro fell ill. He was taken back to the vet where he miraculously recovered.

When the baby returned to Sarah, she began to notice that whenever someone praised Bruno, while raising the timbre of his voice, he immediately showed his teeth, smiling broadly. One has only to say “good boy”, as he immediately smiles dazzlingly.

Probably, in this way, Burro shows people that he wants something – to be loved, for example, or just stroked.
When both puppies were ready to find a home, the rescuers posted a video of Joe who loves to play. Shortly thereafter, the baby went home.

Then Sarah thought about how Burro could attract the attention of potential adoptive parents, and then she remembered how he was greedy for “sweet talk”. It could work!

Volunteers filmed a video with a smiling puppy, and it soon went viral. In just a few days, the video gained more than forty thousand views. Despite some of the popularity that Burro has received, he is still looking for a home.

We hope that very soon this charming baby will have both an owner and a hundred real reasons to smile!
